For any questions about your report, your account, or our services, email is the fastest way to reach us. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.

What to include when you write

If your message is about a report you have ordered, sending these with the first email saves a round trip and usually gets the matter settled the same day:

• The email address you used at checkout, if it differs from the one you are writing from.
• The order or payment reference from your Razorpay receipt.
• For anything about the reading itself, the birth date, time and place you entered.

Birth time is worth double-checking. An error of a couple of hours moves the ascendant into the next sign and changes most of the report, and it is the single most common reason a reading does not feel right.

Questions you can answer without us
