2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our paid services. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under Indian law. If you are accessing our services on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

4. Payments and Pricing

For paid services:

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers
• Prices include applicable GST as per Indian tax laws
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• You will receive a digital invoice/receipt for your purchase
• We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with astrological content or interpretations. Vedic astrology is based on planetary calculations, not personal preferences. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on when exceptions may apply.

6. Nature of Astrological Services

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Vedic astrology is a traditional knowledge system and should be treated as guidance, not absolute prediction
• Our reports are based on astronomical calculations and traditional Jyotish interpretations
• Astrological readings are not substitutes for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological)
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or events based on astrological predictions
• Individual free will and actions play a significant role in life outcomes
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on astrological information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our reports, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Aadityay and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchased report is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as per Indian law. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Indian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
