No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our digital reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. This includes cases where:

• You disagree with the interpretations or predictions
• The report does not match your personal expectations
• You feel the insights do not resonate with you currently

When We May Help

While we cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with content, we're here to help in the following situations:

• Technical issues preventing report delivery
• Duplicate charges or payment errors
• Report not received within 12 hours of payment (please check My Reports in your dashboard first)
• Incorrect birth details entered (we can regenerate with correct details)
